Return & Exchange Procedure

Initiating the Process
Customers can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us through any of the following channels:
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Direct Message (DM) on Instagram.
- Exchange Requests
- Upon approval of your request, we will process a replacement of the item.
- The replacement will be dispatched only if the product meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refund Requests
- If a refund is preferred, the amount will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
- Refunds will be initiated 7 working days after the return is inspected and approved.
